Andrei Pervozvannyj was a Russian and later a Soviet battleship (the so-called pre-dreadnought or pre-dreadnought) from the beginning of the 20th century. The keel for this unit was laid in 1905, the launch took place in October 1906, and the entry into service - in 1911. The length of the ship was 140 meters and a width of 24.4 meters. Full displacement reached about 18,600 tons, and maximum speed - to about 18-19 knots. The deck armament, at the time of the launch, consisted of: 4 305 mm guns, 14 203 mm guns and 12 120 mm guns.
Andrei Pervozvanny was one of two battleships belonging to the class of ships of the same name. The Andrei Pervozvanny-class units were designed and built as a development of the Borodino-class battleships. Compared to their predecessors, they primarily had significantly reinforced secondary armament. They were also designed for service in the Baltic Sea. Andrei Primozvannyj was built at the Admiralty Shipyard in Saint Petersburg. The unit took a limited part in World War I, and in 1917 it was captured by the Bolsheviks. However, in the course of the Russian Civil War in 1919, the battleship was torpedoed and seriously damaged. Despite the fact that repairs were started shortly after the damage, it was never completely renovated and in 1923 it was scrapped.
