The Ferrari California is an Italian sports car, the design of which was co-responsible for the Pininfarina design office. The car was presented to the public for the first time in 2008 at the Paris Motor Show and at the race track in Maranello. Its serial production started in the same year and is still going on. Not more than 6,000 cars of this model are manufactured annually.

Ferrari California with its name refers to the models of this brand from the 1950s and 1960s. At the same time, however, it is actually a completely new model in the Ferrari offer, without a direct predecessor. It is also one of the few Ferrari models that is 4 seater. The floor plate and the body are mainly made of aluminum to reduce the weight of the vehicle. The Ferrari California also features a completely new suspension on the rear wheels. The drive is provided by an 8-cylinder engine with 460 HP. The car is able to accelerate to 310 km / h, and acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h is 3.9 seconds! In 2014, the Ferrari California T version was presented, which has a turbocharged engine and is characterized by slightly better performance.
