GPM 0953 POLONIA - PROM UNIWERSALNY - UNITY LINE

MF Polonia is a modern, Polish universal ferry. The unit was put into operation in 1995. The total length is 169.9 meters and the width is 28 meters. The maximum speed is around 20-21 knots. The crew of the vessel consists of 82 people. MF Polonia was built in the Norwegian Langsten shipyard and is currently the most modern ferry operating in the Baltic Sea. It serves the Świnoujście-Ystad connection. The owner of the ferry is Polska Żegluga Morska, and its operator is Unity Line. The unit can take up to 918 passengers on board, but also rail cars, passenger cars and trucks. On the vessel there are, among others: restaurants, a cafeteria, a TV room, a pub and an air deck. The unit offers cabins in three classes: De Luxe, Business and Tourist. The unit has very modern navigation and stabilizing equipment.
