Oksywie was a Polish, floating torpedo station from the interwar period and World War II. The launch of the vessel - still in its civilian role - took place in 1927, and the entry into the Polish Navy took place in 1934. The total length of the ship at the time of launching was 24 meters and a width of 9.1 meters. The displacement reached approx. 125 tons and the maximum speed was approx. 4.5 knots. The "armament" consisted of a single 550 mm torpedo tube only. Oksywie was launched at the Danziger Werft shipyard in the then Free City of Gdańsk as a fully civil car ferry. However, in 1931, the unit was converted into a small water tanker, and three years later - into a floating torpedo station, intended for test firing of torpedoes. Reconstruction to the latter role took place in Gdynia Shipyard. The unit took a small part in the September campaign, as it was not of a combat character, and on September 6, 1939, it was self-sunk by the crew in order to block the port in Gdynia.
