Snowspeeder is a vehicle from the Star Wars universe that first appeared on the cinema screen in the 1980 movie "The Empire Strikes Back". Snowspeeder , sometimes called a snow chaser in Polish, is, of course, a vehicle used by the Rebel Alliance. It was created at the base of the rebel forces on Hoth by modernizing the T-47 Airspeeder and adapting it to the climatic conditions on Hoth. It can be assumed that the length of this vehicle is approximately 5.3 meters. It's worth mentioning that Snowspeeder is a two-person vehicle and its crew consists of a pilot and a rear gunner. His weapons are mainly light laser weapons, but also ropes and magnetic harpoons dedicated to paralyzing the movements of the Empire's walking machines - especially AT-AT. Vehicles of this type took a very active part in the Battle of Hoth, demonstrating considerable combat usefulness.
