The M6A1 was to operate from the decks of the I-400 series submarines (only three submarines of this series were built) and was to be launched from them by a catapult. These planes did not take much part in the combat operations. A total of 28 copies were made. Technical data: length: 11.64m, wingspan: 12.26m, height: 4.58m, maximum speed: 474km / h, climb speed: 8.62m / s, maximum range: 1190km, maximum ceiling: 9900m, armament: permanent - 1 machine gun caliber 13 mm, underslung - up to 850 kg of load. The Aichi M6A1K Nanzan is a training version of the M6A1 aircraft with a classic wheeled chassis. Only 2 copies of this prototype aircraft were built.
