The Flammpanzer 38 (t) is a German, mobile flamethrower on a tracked chassis from the Second World War. The first prototypes of this car were made in 1944, and serial production continued in the same year. It is assumed that about 20 vehicles of this type were built in the course of the project. The drive was provided by a single engine Prague EPA AC2 with 140 HP. The wagon was 4.87 meters long and 2.63 meters wide. The vehicle's operating range was approx. 170-180 kilometers. The armament was a Flammenwerfer 41 flamethrower and a single 7.92 mm MG34 or MG42 machine gun. The Flammpanzer 38 (t) was developed and built on the personal order of Adolf Hitler. In essence, it was a development of the Hetzer light tank destroyer, with the main change being the use of a different main armament (a flamethrower instead of a cannon) and the addition of a 600 liter tank for flammable substance inside the vehicle. In total, two companies of these vehicles were formed (352nd and 353rd Panzer-Flamm-Kompanie), which were used in combat during the offensive in the Ardennes at the turn of 1944 and 1945.
