Greek Catholic Church of St. Dymitr's church in Piątkowo (Podkarpackie Province) is considered to be one of the most beautiful preserved churches in Podkarpacie. Although the year 1732 is listed on the temple as the date of its commissioning to the faithful, many architectural elements indicate that the church was built earlier. Perhaps it was built in the 17th century. It underwent major renovations and renovations in 1881 and in the years 1958-1961. The church was seriously damaged during World War II, and despite its subsequent renovation, it was no longer used for religious purposes. In 2006, the walls and structural elements of the roof were secured. The church in Piątkowa has three parts, and its distinguishing feature are three domes, each based on an octagonal drum. Currently, the temple is a branch of the Museum of Folk Architecture in Sanok. It is also one of the most important objects on the Wooden Architecture Trail
