Papegojan (pl. Parrot) is a Swedish pinas, made in a Dutch shipyard from the first half of the 17th century. The vessel was built at the beginning of the 1720s, and was incorporated into the Swedish Navy in 1624. The ship was armed mainly with 14 3-pounder cannons and 2 5-pounder cannons. The total length of the sailing ship was 35 meters and a width of about 6.5 meters. The presented vessel was purchased by order of the King of Sweden Gustav II Adolf in 1623, and it reached Sweden in 1624, i.e. almost on the eve of the Swedish-Polish war of 1626-1629. The unit took an active part in this war, inter alia, participating in the naval blockade of Gdańsk and in the battle of Oliwa (1627). In 1628, he again operated in the waters of the Gulf of Gdańsk, and in 1629 he took part in the blockade of the port in Wismar. The vessel was sunk at the end of the Thirty Years' War - in 1644.

The Schwarzer Rabe (Polish Black Kruk) was an initial Dutch and later Polish military unit from the 17th century. The ship entered service under the Polish flag as a military unit in 1626, and was withdrawn from it in 1628. The vessel had 260 tons of displacement, its length was 30 m and a width of about 6.5 meters. The armament consisted of 10 small guns located on the upper deck. The Schwarzer Rabe was originally a Dutch fluita merchant ship. Units of this type were created in the last decade of the 16th century and were intensively developed later. They were characterized by smaller castles ("superstructures") at the bow and stern than galleons and excellent economy of exploitation. One of such fluites - Schwarzer Rabe - was confiscated by the Polish authorities during the Polish-Swedish war (1626-1629), because it was carrying contraband to Swedish units. This ex-Dutch ship was armed, manned with a unit of marines and in 1627 took part in the Battle of Oliwa. The fate of the unit after 1628 is unknown
