The GAZ-AA was a Soviet light truck from the interwar period and World War II. The vehicle had an overall length of 5.34 meters, a width of 2.04 meters, and a wheelbase of 3.34 meters. It reached a maximum speed of 70 km / h. The car could carry a load of 1,500 kilograms. Initially, the drive was a 4-cylinder engine with a capacity of 3.3 liters and a maximum power of 41 HP, synchronized with a 4-speed manual gearbox.
The GAZ-AA was initially developed as a faithful, license copy of the American Ford AA truck. It was assumed that the GAZ-AA would be one of the basic trucks of the Red Army. Serial production of the car started in 1932 and lasted until 1950. It is estimated that over a million GAZ-AA trucks were produced in its course. It is also worth adding that in the years 1932-1950 the car was subject to modifications and changes. One of the most important was the introduction in 1938 of the GAZ-MM engine with a capacity of 50 HP. However, in the period 1941-1945, in connection with the hostilities, a radically simplified and impoverished version was produced without, for example, one of the headlights or with a wooden driver's cabin door. The GAZ-AA was replaced by the GAZ-51 vehicle.
The Yakovlev Yak-1 is a Soviet, single-engine low-wing fighter with a classic tail with a mixed design from the Second World War. Serial production continued in the 1940-1944 altos and resulted in the creation of 8,670 aircraft of this type. Yak-1 fought in almost all major battles of the Soviet-German war, especially in the counteroffensive near Moscow, the Battle of Stalingrad and the Battle of the Kursk Arch. The prototype, designated I-26, took to the air in January 1940. Serial production started in March of the same year. During the course of the war, several versions of this aircraft were created. The basic and first serial version was the Yak-1, the other was the Yak-1M - it was powered by the M-105PF engine and was characterized by a greater use of duralumin. Technical data (Yak-1b version): length: 8.5 m, wingspan: 10 m, height: 2.64 m, maximum speed: 592 km / h, rate of climb: 15.4 m / s, practical ceiling: 10050 m, maximum range: 700km, armament: fixed - 1 Berezin UBS machine gun cal.12.7mm and 1 cannon SzWAK cal.20mm.
